Enjoyable walk in Badi village and hills

We had a wonderful walk in the hills around Badi lake and village with Kishnan. He is a great guide and we were welcomed into his home to meet the family. Excellent knowledge of local flora and fauna. Thanks

An experience off the regular path!

We had a fabulous time walking through Dhar village and surroundings. Kishan is a good leader and quite knowledgeable. He answered our many questions and his good relationships with the people literally opened doors for us.

Kindness and Altruism is alive and well

We decided that a bike ride wasn’t our preference so instead we were taken on a walking tour of one of the tribal villages.
It was a privilege to be welcomed into the village and to witness how positive the people are in the face of poverty.
We were taken into a family home where the mother ground grain to make bread for us. We were welcomed into the school and met passionate teachers and well disciplined, focused children who were raising funds for a computer. Our guide was very passionate about improving the opportunities for these children so we donated money to contribute toward purchasing the computer.
SIX MONTHS LATER I almost deleted a whats app message thinking it was spam but turned out to be our wonderful guide sending photos of the school children proudly holding the new computer.
Being in the village is was a reminder to be grateful for what we have and that kindness and altruism is alive and well

Unique and special experience. Highly recommend!

Wonderful walk and bike ride through incredible scenery. These were the final two activities on our 3 week itinerary and we felt we’d saved the best until last. Kishan was highly intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable. It was lovely to be shown around by someone well known to the villagers as we felt less like intruders and more like guests. He even went back to find my glasses which I’d dropped when asked by the local ladies to harvest the wheat with them. I was so grateful that he found them. Thank you Kishan from the bottom of my heart!

Great walk

Great walk with our guide Kishan, who knows the story of every plants, the story of the landscape you cross, the story of the people you greet. Kishan wanted to show us what real India is, from the countryside. He talked with his heart and we listened with our hearts.

Great experience in the Aravelli villages

We had a great walk in the Aravelli villages with Kishan. The landscape and villages are beautiful and very welcoming. Kishan is an excellent guide, from the region and knows perfectly the people and their habits. A very generous way to get out of the city tumult. Absolutely worth the visit.
